Concierge Attendant
As a Concierge Attendant, you’ll serve as a knowledgeable and welcoming point of contact for guests, providing personalized recommendations, arranging reservations, and assisting with special requests. Key Responsibilities
- You will be the knowledgeable and friendly guide for our hotel guests, helping them make the most of their stay by providing personalized recommendations and assistance.
- Your daily tasks will include offering information on local attractions, making reservations, and assisting with travel arrangements.
- You will report to the Concierge Supervisor or Front Office Manager.
