In addition to banquet management, the role also serves as the Outlets Manager and Starbucks Manager, with the flexibility to manage other Food & Beverage shifts and operations as needed when the hotel has no banquet functions.

Responsibilities
- Act as the Banquet Manager during all functions, overseeing event execution and guest satisfaction.
- Manage administrative duties related to banquets such as creating, reconciling, and posting banquet checks.
- Serve as Outlets Manager, overseeing daily operations of hotel Food & Beverage outlets.
- Manage Starbucks operations as the Starbucks Manager, ensuring brand standards and customer service excellence.
- Flexibly support and manage other Food & Beverage shifts and operations, adjusting to hotel needs and function schedules.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery during events and normal operations.
- Maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness across all Food & Beverage outlets and banquet areas.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Banquet Captain or Banquet Manager.
- Starbucks Certified Leader.
- Experience as a Restaurant and Bar Supervisor or Manager.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage banquet financial processes.
- Ability to work varied hours including evenings and weekends.
