As an Executive Steward, you’ll lead and motivate the stewarding/dishwashing team, ensuring that essential back-of-house operations run smoothly and efficiently while supporting overall guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Lead a team of dishwashers by understanding business needs and planning weekly tasks.
Determine and schedule associates to maintain appropriate staffing levels.
Ensure supplies of china, glassware, and silverware are transported daily to key operational areas based on business needs.
Assist with inventory and maintain proper inventory levels, working with Food and Beverage leaders to order additional inventory as needed.
Promote teamwork within the department and encourage collaboration with other operational departments.
What You’ll Bring

Prior leadership or supervisory experience is required; experience in hospitality is a plus.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed and be on call for issues as they arise.
