In the heart of the Texas Hill Country, we don’t just offer jobs; we offer a masterclass in luxury hospitality. As the Assistant Executive Steward, you are the Chief of Operations for the back-of-house. - Strategic Manager: Manage high-value inventories (china, silver, and crystal) and work directly with the Executive Chef to optimize labor, resources, and the resort's financial health.
- Hospitality Ambassador: Whether interacting with a VIP member or a fellow associate, you model the warmth and professionalism that defines our resort.
What You’ll Do
- Lead with Vision: Manage daily operations, from staffing levels and scheduling to interviewing and hiring the next generation of talent.
- Master the Environment: Maintain a "gold standard" of cleanliness across all kitchens, walk-ins, and docks, exceeding Texas State Health regulations.
- Innovate & Optimize: Keep our safety protocols (MSDS) cutting-edge. Look for ways to improve efficiency, reduce breakage, and streamline the workflow.
- Celebrate Success: Foster a positive culture where hard work is recognized, and wins are celebrated publicly.
What You Bring
- Leadership Presence: You lead by example, maintaining a polished appearance and a "can-do" attitude even during busy holiday weekends.
- Expertise: You hold a ServSafe Manager Certificate and have a deep understanding of high-volume culinary operations.
- Operational Savvy: Proficiency in inventory management, budget oversight, and the mechanics of industrial kitchen equipment.
- Vitality: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, can lift to 50 lbs, and hold a valid driver’s license.
