Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Hotel Operations Manager at Marriott Hotels' Easton, MD location. The Hotel Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the property, ensuring seamless service delivery, and maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating with various departments, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining quality service, and addressing guest needs promptly. The role also involves training and mentoring team members to enhance service excellence.

• Proven expertise in Operations Management to oversee hotel functioning and streamline processes for optimal efficiency.
• Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure exceptional guest experiences are delivered consistently.
• Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with staff, guests, and vendors.
• Experience providing Training and development to staff to enhance team performance and maintain high service standards.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Previous hotel management experience is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in hotel management systems and tools is an advantage.
