This is a full-time, on-site role for a Banquet Captain located in Hanover, MD. The Banquet Captain will oversee and manage banquet operations, ensuring guest satisfaction through excellent service. Responsibilities include supervising banquet staff, coordinating with the kitchen and event organizers, setting up and breaking down events, and maintaining high standards of food service and customer service. The Banquet Captain will also handle any guest inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.
