Forklift Operator – 1st & 2nd Shifts

We are hiring experienced Forklift Operators to join our clean, fast-growing solar manufacturing facilities. We offer competitive pay, full benefits, and strong opportunities for advancement.
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Key Responsibilities for Fork Lift Operators:
- Operate a propane counterbalance forklift to move aluminum materials
- Load/unload trucks and stage orders for shipment
- Assist with packaging and inventory tracking
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
Qualifications for Fork Lift Operators:
- 1 year forklift experience (manufacturing or warehouse)
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain/verify)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused
