We're Hiring an Independent Healthcare Recruiter!

Are you a motivated, self-driven professional with a talent for networking and recruiting? Join our growing home care team as a 1099 Independent Healthcare Recruiter and help us connect compassionate caregivers with rewarding careers throughout Westchester County, New York.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships in the community and wants the flexibility to create their own schedule while earning commission for every successful hire.

Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified Home Health Aides (HHA), Personal Care Aides (PCA), throughout Westchester County.

• Develop recruitment pipelines through community outreach, networking, referrals, social media, and local events.

• Build partnerships with workforce agencies, schools, community organizations, and healthcare training programs.

• Screen applicants to determine minimum qualifications.

• Guide candidates through the application process.

• Coordinate interviews and onboarding appointments with the agency.

• Maintain regular communication with applicants to ensure a positive candidate experience.

• Track recruitment activities and candidate referrals.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, staffing, healthcare, sales, marketing, or business development is preferred.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

• Comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms.

• Reliable transportation for community outreach and recruiting events within Westchester County.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.

Compensation

• 1099 Independent Contractor
