Home Health Aide (HHA) / Personal Care Aide (PCA)
Location: Community Homes & Local Assisted Living Facilities
Pay: $18.10 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities
Overview

We provide in-home care throughout the community as well as support within local Assisted Living Facilities—you can choose the setting that’s right for you. Free training and certification are available for those new to the field. Experienced and entry-level applicants are welcome.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with personal care activities.
Support household tasks and light cleaning.
Ensure client safety and proper use of equipment (side rails, step stools, wheelchairs, oxygen, etc.).
Accurately document services provided each day in line with agency policies.
Participate in supervisory visits and care plan updates as required by NYS law.
Report changes in client condition or incidents to the RN supervisor promptly.
Maintain professional communication and positive relationships with clients and families.
Protect the confidentiality and privacy of all client information.
Adhere to agency dress code and personal hygiene standards.
Demonstrate reliability and punctuality.
