Compensation
HHA (Driver with Reliable Vehicle): $22.00 per hour
Bonuses
$300 Sign-On BonusEligible new hires who accept a case and remain active for 30 days.

Responsibilities
· Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance
· Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry
· Promote client safety and properly use assistive devices such as wheelchairs, oxygen equipment, and other medical equipment
· Observe, document, and report changes in client condition to the RN Supervisor
· Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with agency policies
· Build respectful, professional relationships with clients and their families
· Protect client confidentiality and maintain professional standards at all times
· Follow agency policies, dress code, and New York State regulations
· Perform other duties as assigned by the supervising nurse
Qualifications
· Current New York State Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification required
· Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to client homes are required
· Dependable, compassionate, and professional
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently while following an individualized care plan
