Personal Care Aide (PCA) or Home Health Aide (HHA)

Full time and part time positions available with Marquis Home Care in Montgomery County, Fulton County, and Schoharie County.

PCA/HHA Training Available: We offer training and certification opportunities for qualified candidates.

Pay Rate: $18.65 (PCA) to $20.50 (HHA) hourly for Non-Driver

$20.00 (PCA) to $22.00 (HHA) Driver with a reliable vehicle

Full Time & Part Time Hours available. Flexible scheduling options.

$300 sign on bonus for eligible new hires. Must take a case and remain active for 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility assistance.
• Provide support with household tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.
• Ensure client safety and proper use of equipment, including wheelchairs, oxygen equipment, side rails, and other assistive devices.
• Accurately document services provided in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
• Report changes in client's condition, incidents, or concerns to the RN Supervisor promptly.
• Establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients and their families.
• Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of client information and records.
• Adhere to agency dress code, personal hygiene standards, and professional conduct expectations.
• Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and commitment to quality care.
• Participate in supervisory and care team processes as required by New York State regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervising nurse.
  
  

Qualifications

• PCA or HHA certification preferred but not required.
• Entry-level candidates welcome to apply.
