HHA Staffing Coordinator

$21 - $23 per hour (Full-Time)

We are seeking an experienced HHA Staffing Coordinator to join our team. This full-time position, Monday through Friday, requires a highly organized and proactive individual to coordinate Home Health Aide (HHA) staffing and scheduling across multiple agencies.

Responsibilities:

• Assign HHAs to existing Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA) clients, ensuring appropriate coverage and continuity of care.
• Collaborate with multiple Licensed Home Care Services Agencies (LHCSAs) to support patient needs.
• Manage and oversee HHA scheduling across multiple LHCSA agencies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of aide assignments, availability, and compliance requirements.
• Communicate effectively with HHAs regarding schedules, assignments, and any changes.
• Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to address staffing challenges and ensure high-quality patient care.
• Monitor and address last-minute call-outs and coverage gaps efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and agency policies related to staffing and scheduling.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Experience in both CHHA and LHCSA is required.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
