Position Overview
The Director of Special Projects will work directly with executive leadership to plan, execute, and manage key organizational initiatives across our Home Care division. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and has a deep understanding of the home care industry.
You’ll lead high-impact projects that improve efficiency, compliance, recruitment, retention, and service delivery across our network.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the planning and implementation of special projects that support company growth, compliance, and operational excellence.
Collaborate with leadership and department heads to identify needs and opportunities for improvement.
Develop project timelines, milestones, and performance metrics.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Analyze business processes and recommend innovative solutions to enhance productivity and client satisfaction.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives within the home care workforce.
Monitor regulatory updates and ensure compliance with state and federal home care standards.
Prepare executive reports, proposals, and presentations.
Qualifications
Required: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Home Care or Healthcare Management (Home Health, LHCSA, or similar).
Proven success in leading operational or strategic projects within a healthcare setting.
Strong knowledge of home care regulations, staffing models, and workflow processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-changing environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred but not required).
