As the Accountant you will be responsible for the reviewing the monthly facility AR, AP and GL reports, performing reconciliations and generating related management reports, including the monthly Financial Statements. In addition, you will be responsible for providing overall support to assigned facilities, including training, compliance monitoring, and day-to-day support.

As the Accountant you will be responsible for the reviewing the monthly facility AR, AP and GL reports, performing reconciliations and generating related management reports, including the monthly Financial Statements. In addition, you will be responsible for providing overall support to assigned facilities, including training, compliance monitoring, and day-to-day support.
General Responsibilities and Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Review facility AR reports on a monthly basis
- Generate and enter monthly AR journal entries from our system
- Perform monthly cash receipts reconciliation
- Manage Bad Debt approval process
- Prepare and submit quarterly Provider Tax Payments
- Generate Cost Reports as needed
- Lockbox Management
- One year experience in a Staff Accounting role
- Good customer service skills
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, and Excel is required
- Ability to work collaboratively with others while also being self-directed and motivated
- Ability to be fully in-office Monday-Friday
