Centralized Employee RecordsDemographics and employment historyLicensure, certifications, and expiration tracking (e.g., MA, RN, NP, behavioral health licenses)Job classifications, departments, and reporting structuresCompliance documentation (I-9s, TB testing, immunizations, CPR, etc.)2. Recruitment, Onboarding & CredentialingManaging job postings and applicant trackingStreamlining onboarding workflows (offer letters, new hire paperwork, acknowledgments)Tracking background checks, credentialing, and pre-employment requirementsReducing time-to-hire for hard-to-fill clinical and administrative roles3. Timekeeping, Scheduling & AttendanceTrack employee time, attendance, and PTO balancesSupport different shift schedules and job classificationsReduce payroll errors and manual data entryIntegrate with payroll systems for accurate compensation processing4. Benefits & Leave AdministrationAdministering medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefitsManaging leaves of absence (FMLA, CFRA, PDL, workers’ comp, etc.)Ensuring compliance with California labor laws and internal policies5.
