Our client is a growing MSP in the Irvine area that is looking to hire a talented IT Manager. They have an excellent culture and do a great job at retaining their staff long-term. This person must be willing to be on-site in the Irvine area at least once a month!!
IT Manager (Irvine Area - Hybrid)
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must have experience working inside an MSP
- Must have experience managing multiple clients
- Should have experience mentoring and training others
- Should be comfortable with Azure, AI products, client reporting, and client management
- Troubleshoot and resolve simple to complex incidents associated with end user applications, including but not limited to software, hardware, desktop computing, mobile technologies, password assistance, internet, network & remote connectivity, telecom & printer related incidents
- Available for on-call to support the business after hours and on weekends
- Salary likely to be $80-$95k base bonus, benefits, PTO, etc
