Account Services Representative Opening in Oceanside! 
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | 100% Onsite
Pay: $17.50–$19.00/hr DOE (flexible within range)

Position Summary

We’re hiring an Account Services Representative to support day-to-day customer account servicing and clerical operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and comfort working across email/fax/mail workflows in a fast-paced office environment.

Essential Responsibilities

• Respond to consumer debt verification requests
• Identify, scan, and document bankruptcy notices
• Update and maintain consumer account information
• Provide account information to customers as needed
• Distribute incoming consumer emails, faxes, and payment notices
• Perform skip tracing activities
• Provide backup coverage for the receptionist (as needed)
• Process outgoing company mail
• Retrieve and drop off mail at the post office
• Assist with daily/weekly/monthly reporting for various departments
• Review correspondence, determine proper handling, and initiate responses
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Clerical/administrative assistant experience (preferred)
• Reception/phone experience (highly desirable)
