Account Representative

We are seeking motivated Account Representatives to assist consumers with managing and resolving account-related inquiries. This role requires strong communication, customer service, and negotiation skills in a fast-paced call center environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist consumers with account questions and adjustments
• Negotiate and process payments on accounts at various delinquency stages
• Follow company and client policies and procedures
• Provide professional, solution-focused customer service
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service or call center experience
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math, typing, and computer skills
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities
• Reliability and willingness to learn

Work Environment:
