Position: The Multimedia Marketing Specialist is responsible for generating advertising revenue by developing and maintaining relationships with local businesses and clients. This role involves selling television and digital advertising solutions to help businesses grow their brands and reach their target audiences. The Account Executive must be highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced, competitive media environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Sales & Revenue Generation: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales goals for both broadcast and digital platforms. Prospect, identify, and secure new business through cold calling, networking, and relationship-building with local businesses and advertisers.
· Client Relationship Management: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and providing effective advertising solutions. Serve as a trusted advisor, educating clients on the benefits of TV and digital marketing solutions.
· Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and contracts in alignment with company policies and pricing guidelines. Monitor and analyze advertising campaign results, deliver post-campaign analysis and insights to clients.
Requirements
Qualifications:
· Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
· Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience preferred, however will train the right candidate. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Skills: Strong understanding of the local market and key business segments. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
