This position supports our patient-first philosophy and is essential to ensuring our communities receive timely, effective, and compassionate medical treatment.Key Responsibilities• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop appropriate treatment plans• Administer medications and perform medical procedures within the scope of practice• Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical team members to ensure coordinated care• Accurately document patient encounters in the electronic health record system Experity with training provided• Support daily clinic operations to maintain efficient patient flow• Participate in quality improvement initiatives focused on patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes• Stay current on best practices in urgent care medicineQualifications• Active California Physician Assistant license• Prior urgent care or outpatient experience preferred• Strong understanding of medication administration and basic life support protocols• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work collaboratively in a team oriented clinical environment• Comfort with electronic health record systems and technology• Commitment to compassionate, patient centered careWhy Join Marque Urgent CareMarque Urgent Care is a privately owned healthcare organization serving Southern California.
