We are seeking a knowledgeable and community-oriented Insurance Associate to join our team. Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Strong customer service background: insurance experience is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet hard and fast deadlines
- Must reside in Livingston County, IL
- Must obtain a Property & Casualty License within 90 days of hire (paid by employer)
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (email, Microsoft Office, data entry)
- Prior experience in insurance, sales, or farm-related industries is a plus
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with local personal lines, commercial and agricultural clients
- Educate clients insurance options and policy coverage
- Process applications, policy changes, and claims support
- Manage deadlines and ensure timely policy servicing
- Travel locally to meet with clients (must have reliable transportation)
- Stay up to date on industry trends and insurance products
