As a Project Manager with Marlin Construction
Your experience in the following areas will drive your success in this role.
- Risk Management
- Comprehensive understanding of Civil Drawings and Geotechnical reports
- Preconstruction Management
- Contract Management
- Field Knowledge of Utility Installations and Earthwork
- Time Management
We have outlined the skill-set necessary for a candidate's success in this role below.
- Minimum of 5 years of work in Site Work
- Use of B2W
- Use of takeoff software
- Knowledge of dewatering, underground utilities, mass earthwork
- Management of Multiple Projects
- Projects to $15mm
