Job Summary:
Assist in the preparation, placement, finishing, and repair of concrete for construction projects. This role involves physical labor, operating hand and power tools, preparing job sites, and supporting concrete finishers, carpenters, and equipment operators to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up forms and reinforcement materials.
- Mix, pour, spread, and level concrete using hand tools and equipment.
- Assist with installing concrete forms, rebar, wire mesh, and other reinforcement materials.
- Operate hand and power tools such as shovels, rakes, vibrators, saws, and trowels.
- Help finish concrete surfaces by smoothing, edging, and applying textures as directed.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
- Perform demolition, repair, and cleanup tasks as needed.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors, finishers, and other crew members.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
