Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with client stakeholders, including leadership and decision-makers.
Understand client business objectives, challenges, and IT roadmap to align services accordingly.
Account Growth & Business Development:
Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion.
Drive revenue growth and improve account profitability.
Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to propose tailored solutions.
Delivery Oversight:
Work closely with delivery managers and project teams to ensure successful execution of projects.
Monitor service quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
Proactively address risks, issues, and escalations.
Stakeholder Communication:
Conduct regular governance calls, status reviews, and QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews).
Provide updates on performance, achievements, and improvement areas.
Ensure alignment between client expectations and internal teams.
Recruitment & Resource Coordination (if applicable):
Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to fulfill staffing needs.
Ensure timely onboarding of resources based on client requirements.
Reporting & Performance Management:
Proven track record of managing enterprise accounts and driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of software development, cloud, data, or digital transformation services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 8 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or business development in IT/software services.
