Role Description The Gourmet Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami, FL, focused on driving sales of premium caviar and gourmet products while delivering an elevated customer experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging customers in-store, presenting product options, explaining flavor profiles and pairings, and guiding guests through selection and purchase decisions. The role involves maintaining product displays, monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with the warehouse and purchasing teams, and ensuring proper handling, storage, and merchandising of gourmet items. The Gourmet Sales Specialist will process transactions, manage special orders and tastings, support events and promotional activities, and respond to customer inquiries in a professional, service-oriented manner. This position also requires staying informed about new products, brand history, and culinary trends to provide knowledgeable recommendations and foster lasting customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Customer service and sales skills, including consultative selling, upselling, and ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
- Knowledge or strong interest in gourmet foods, caviar, and culinary pairings, with willingness to learn product details and tasting notes.
