Accounts Receivable Clerk:
This is a part time position (20-25 hours a week). As the Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be expected to have a high level of independence, accountability, attention to detail. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast paced, dynamic work environment and can multi-task and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Posting customer payments in our systems.
- Researching issues.
- Resolving collections
- Processing payment transactions .
- Maintaining appropriate and adequate records.
- Regular correspondence with customers.
- Performing monthly accounts receivable reconciliations.
- Assisting with monthly/quarterly/yearly accounting closes.
- Processing A/R documents.
- Providing support in clearing A/R email inbox daily.
- Maintaining and updating customer files.
- Assisting in generating monthly billing statements based on the general ledger.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school degree or higher
- Accounting experience preferred
- Experience with Quickbooks preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
