Job Summary:
The Security/Fire Manager is responsible for overseeing and directing all security/fire operations to ensure the safety and protection of personnel, property, and assets. This role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and the capacity to manage and develop security staff. The Security/Fire Manager must demonstrate practical decision-making skills in both emergency and non-emergency situations while maintaining a professional presence in a fast-paced environment.
