About the role
This position involves cleaning commercial buildings while also helping support team operations. You may assist with training, checking work quality, and helping keep sites running smoothly.
Pay & Schedule
- Monday through Friday evenings
- Occasional weekend
- $16/hour
- Full Time
- Hours: 5:00pm to 1:00am (finish time may vary)
- Number of hires: 1 (Hiring Immediately)
What You'll Be Doing (but are not limited to):
- Cleaning restrooms, offices, and common areas
- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting
- Taking out trash and restocking supplies
- Helping train new employees when needed
- Occasionally checking job sites for quality
- Assisting with supply drop-offs
- General Cleaning
- Stocking Supplies
- Disinfecting
- Occasionally inspecting buildings
- Occasionally delivering supplies

New employees are eligible for a $100 sign-on bonus upon successful completion of their first 30 days of employment. The bonus will be paid on the first regular payday following the 30-day employment anniversary, provided the employee meets all of the following criteria:
- Maintains perfect attendance during the first 30 days (no unexcused absences or no-call/no-shows)
- Completes all required training within the initial 30-day period
- Remains actively employed and in good standing at the time of payout
Failure to meet any of the above requirements will result in forfeiture of the sign-on bonus. The company reserves the right to modify or discontinue this bonus program at any time.
Qualifications:
- Valid drivers license and your own dependable transportation
- Ability to work nights and some weekends
- Good time management
