• Job Type: Full Time
• Location: Medina
• Working days: Monday-Friday
• Working hours: 9am-5pm
• salary: $20-25 / hour (based on experience)
• Number of hires: 1 (Hiring Immediately)

Job Description

Recruiter duties include (but are not limited to):

• Proactively identify staff vacancies and concerns
• Full Cycle recruiting including placing ads, interviews, & onboarding
• Continued employee relations from application process through life of employment
• Work with department managers on staffing, training, and development needs
• Serve as a link between employees and management, help resolve conflict
• maintain all Recruiting & HR records
• Assist in answering incoming calls, help walk in customers, and other office clerical jobs as assigned
