Position Overview
Marks Brothers Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead and oversee all maintenance operations within our manufacturing facility. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of production equipment while managing maintenance priorities, personnel, and preventative maintenance programs.
The Maintenance Manager plays a critical role in minimizing downtime and supporting production efficiency.
Work Schedule
- Primary schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Overtime and weekend work is required as needed when manufacturing equipment is down
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, plan, and oversee all maintenance activities for manufacturing machinery and facility systems
- Perform and supervise routine preventative maintenance, inspections, cleaning, and lubrication
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical and equipment failures
- Respond to equipment breakdowns, prioritize repairs, and minimize production downtime
- Develop and maintain preventative maintenance schedules and documentation
- Collaborate with production and leadership teams to coordinate maintenance priorities
- Ensure maintenance work meets quality, safety, and operational standards
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, parts, and equipment history
- Enforce safety policies and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements
- Use precision measuring instruments to verify accurate repairs and installations
- Identify opportunities for equipment improvements and reliability enhancements
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands‑on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, schematics, and blueprints
- Excellent problem‑solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
- Proficient in written and verbal English communication
- Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement
- Previous experience in fabrication or industrial manufacturing environments is a plus
