The Role
The Technical Project Manager is the execution backbone for our customer accounts. Sitting on the Sales team but working closely with Operations, the TPM keeps programs on track, spots risks before they become problems, and ensures our customer commitments are met without exception. In a typical week, you'll manage active programs across multiple accounts, track open quotes and orders in our ERP system, coordinate delivery commitments with Operations, and proactively surface any risks before they become misses.
What You'll Do
- Manage active customer programs across multiple accounts, keeping schedules, deliverables, and communications airtight
- Partner closely with Key Account Managers to support customers from onboarding through delivery
- Build accurate, timely quotes grounded in our capabilities and customer requirements
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, part prints, and GD&T callouts
- Track order and program health in our ERP system and flag risks early
- Develop and improve systems and processes that prevent problems before they occur
- Communicate with customers and internal teams with professionalism and responsiveness
- Bridge Operations, Sales, and customers to keep everyone aligned
What We're Looking For
- 3 years in project management, program management, or customer-facing operations, ideally in manufacturing or precision machining
- Ability to read engineering drawings, part prints, and basic GD&T callouts
- Experience with ERP or MRP systems
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational instincts
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
Compensation
$85,000 to $95,000 base, plus annual performance bonus and comprehensive benefits.
On-site in Tualatin, OR.
