This is a full-time, on-site position for CNC Machine Operators on the 2nd shift, based in San Antonio, TX. Responsibilities include operating CNC machines, performing milling and machining tasks, monitoring machinery, maintaining equipment, and ensuring all products meet quality control standards. The role requires hands-on work in a manufacturing environment and adherence to safety protocols.
- Proficiency in operating CNC machines and machinery, ensuring consistent performance and uptime during operations.
- Experience in milling and machining processes, with the ability to set up and adjust equipment as needed.
- Solid understanding of quality control practices to ensure products meet specifications and standards.
- Strong attention to detail, troubleshooting skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in steel fabrication or a related industry is advantageous but not required.
