Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Utilize project management software to manage project schedules and coordinate with various stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and provide tailored solutions using your knowledge of construction estimating and project coordination.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure accurate project execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services while adhering to project timelines.
- Leverage tools such as Microsoft Office and ASANA for effective project management and scheduling.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and project updates.
Experience
- Experience in residential sales or a related field within the construction industry.
- General knowledge of construction management principles, including project scheduling and coordination.
- Familiarity with construction estimating and use of spreadsheets such as EXCEL and Google Sheets is highly desirable.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information to clients and team members.
