Markham is looking for a Senior Associate, Program Operations & Events to help lead a national civic education program that reaches communities across the country.
In this role, you'll own complex program operations, manage large-scale submission and review processes, support 200 live events, and serve as a key partner to clients, vendors, judges, and event hosts.
What you'll be doing:
✅ Managing large, multi-phase projects from start to finish
✅ Coordinating stakeholders, vendors, and technology platforms
✅ Supporting nationwide events and training sessions
✅ Building systems, solving problems, and keeping details on track
✅ Serving as the go-to resource for program operations and event execution
We're looking for someone who:
✔ Has 3-5 years of project management, program operations, or event experience
✔ Loves organization, timelines, and bringing order to complexity
✔ Can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
✔ Communicates confidently with clients, partners, and vendors
✔ Is proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented
