Dental Assistant (Level II) — Full-Time | Cayman Islands Cayman Dental Centre
Cayman Dental Centre is looking for a friendly, dependable Level II Dental Assistant to join our team in the Cayman Islands. This is a full-time opportunity in a modern, well-established practice with a strong team culture and a genuine commitment to delivering an exceptional patient experience. This position also involves assisting patients with understanding and navigating their insurance benefits.
Important: Relocation is Required
This position is fully on-site in the Cayman Islands. Please only apply if you are open and committed to relocating. We will assist with the licensing process on the island and support your work permit application to make your transition as smooth as possible.

What We Are Looking For
A certified Level II Dental Assistant who is positive, organized and reliable, has a minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental assisting role, has the ability to take radiographs, is comfortable helping patients understand and navigate their dental insurance benefits, works well in a team-oriented environment, brings strong communication and patient care skills, and thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment. Candidates must be open to relocating to the Cayman Islands for a full-time on-site role.
Responsibilities
Chairside assisting during a variety of dental procedures, preparing treatment rooms and ensuring instruments and materials are ready, taking and processing dental radiographs, supporting digital charting and documentation, maintaining sterilization protocols, providing chairside and general support to hygienists to help maintain on-time patient flow, helping patients understand their insurance coverage and benefits, supporting efficient clinical flow between operatories, providing patients with clear instructions and support during their visit, and contributing to a positive, organized and team-focused environment.
