Dental Administrator — Full-Time | Cayman Islands Cayman Dental Centre – Camana Bay
Cayman Dental Centre in Camana Bay is looking for a skilled, organized and motivated Dental Administrator to join our growing team. This is a full-time position offering a dynamic role that combines front desk administration, dental assisting and insurance benefits coordination in a busy, well-established multi-specialty clinic committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Compensation

Key Responsibilities
Provide a high-quality patient experience from first contact through follow-up, manage appointment booking and scheduling efficiently, handle incoming calls, emails and patient inquiries with professionalism, support the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the day, assist with dental assisting duties as needed, coordinate insurance benefits for patients, and maintain accurate patient records and administrative documentation.
Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a dental administration role is required. Proficiency in Open Dental software is required. Experience with Dentis software is required. Dental assisting background is required, with a preference for candidates who have completed their Dental Assisting Level II education. Experience with insurance benefits coordination is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English are essential, especially phone skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment, a positive, team-oriented attitude, and fluency in additional languages is considered an asset given our diverse international patient base.
