Quality Assurance Quality Control Coordinator

Role Overview

This role is responsible for incoming inspections and return material acceptance at the Glendale Warehouse. The position focuses on verifying electrical materials, interpreting engineering drawings, validating quantities and specifications, maintaining QA/QC records, and coordinating with engineering, warehouse, and procurement teams to resolve quality issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee incoming material inspections and return material acceptance
• Verify material specifications, quantities, and conditions against drawings and project requirements
• Read and interpret engineering drawings to support inspection and material validation
• Perform material take-offs based on drawings and ensure quantity accuracy
• Review and maintain QA/QC inspection records, NCRs, and CAPA documentation
• Coordinate with engineering, warehouse, and procurement teams to resolve quality issues
• Identify and report non-conforming materials and support corrective actions
• Support outbound material inspection to ensure shipment quality and accuracy
• Maintain QA/QC documentation and support audit readiness
• Assist with quality analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with safety and company policies

Required Qualifications

• Arizona C-11 Electrical Contractor License
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Experience with material take-offs and quantity verification
• Familiarity with electrical materials and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting
• English communication required
• Hands-on experience in electrical, construction, or industrial environments strongly preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
• U.S. electrician license, Journeyman or equivalent, is a plus
• Taiwan electrician license is also acceptable
• Experience in warehouse material inspection or construction projects
• Familiarity with QA/QC standards such as ISO 9001
• Experience working with contractors, vendors, or field teams
• Degree in Engineering or related field
• Experience in QA/QC, inspection, or material control
