What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage all daily on-site construction activities
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and inspections to keep everything on track
- Monitor progress against schedules and make smart, proactive decisions to stay on deadline
- Ensure quality and safety—conduct walkthroughs, enforce site standards, and comply with OSHA
- Communicate clearly with clients, PMs, and team members about updates, issues, and solutions
- Maintain site documentation, daily logs, and reports to management
- Problem-solve in real time to keep the project moving forward
- Own your site—from groundbreaking to punch list
What You Bring to the Table:
- 10 years of field experience in commercial construction
- Strong background in multi-family and/or hotel builds
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and structural systems
- Familiarity with OSHA standards (OSHA 30 preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction or equivalent field experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and basic project tracking tools
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Able to travel or relocate based on project site location
Physical Requirements:
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Able to navigate job sites (stairs, scaffolding, ladders, etc.)
- Must lift/carry up to 75 lbs when needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,670.23 - $79,086.73 per year
Experience:
- Field experience in commercial construction: 10 years (Preferred)
- Strong background in multi-family and/or hotel builds: 3 years (Preferred)
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and structural systems: 4 years (Preferred)
