We are looking for the best, highly skilled Change Management Leader to join the team of our exceptional client. This role focuses on leading organizational change initiatives tied to a major CRM implementation and the rollout of new tools and processes across the organization.
This position requires strong experience in change management, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement, along with the ability to drive adoption, alignment, and successful transformation across business and technology teams.

What will your day look like? As a Change Management Leader, you will:
• Support organizational change efforts related to CRM implementation initiatives
• Identify and assess organizational impacts and conduct change readiness activities
• Develop and execute comprehensive change management, communication, and training plans
• Drive stakeholder engagement and alignment across leadership, business, and technology teams
• Coordinate change activities, timelines, risks, and dependencies
• Facilitate meetings, decision-making, issue resolution, and ensure implementation follow-through
• Support user adoption of new tools, systems, and processes
• Partner across teams to guide the people and process aspects of transformation
You will be a good fit for the Change Management Leader role if you have:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Organizational Development, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5 years of experience in change management, project management, or transformation roles
• Proven experience supporting enterprise technology implementations, preferably CRM platforms
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience developing and delivering training, driving adoption, and leading organizational change initiatives
• Ability to manage competing priorities and drive execution in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with digital transformation and process improvement initiatives
