Job Description

• Experience Required: 0 to 6 months
• Experience Desired: Working towards a high school diploma; Retail or grocery experience
• Education Desired: No High School diploma required
• Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds
• Age Requirement: At least 16 years of age

Job Responsibilities

• Display a passion about shopping for others (shop as though you are shopping for someone you love) and understand the store and vast array of product offerings.
• Maintain safety as the top priority in all aspects of our work, for our Team Members, guests, and products.
• Accurately select, bag and stage grocery orders for guests.
• Provide unparalleled guest service, constantly striving to delight and surprise our guests, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Assist with the collection, loading and acceptance of payment for customer pick-up and delivery orders.
• Provide assistance with online grocery customers via the phone and in-person.
• Inspire your fellow Team Members and our guests with a willingness to go the 'Extra Mile' to provide the best service
• Demonstrate proficiency and efficient use of technology, including the Internet
• Accurately select, bag and stage grocery orders for guests.
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency while performing job tasks
• Proficient use of mobile phone apps and texting

The hiring range for this position is $15.00– $maximumpayrange1 per hour/year. This range represents the anticipated base pay for this role. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, education, and location. Eligible employees may be offered health, vision, and dental insurance, personal/sick paid time, 401(k) retirement savings plan, bonus potential, paid bereavement, vacation and paid holidays.
