Following open shifts needed in Penn Hills Area:
Tues-Sunday 3pm-11pm
Saturday-Sunday 11pm-7am
This participant is not on a the Bus-Line so transportation is a must.
Duties
- observe changes in health status to ensure safety and well-being
- Perform range of motion every hour or as needed.
- Administer medications following care plans and HIPAA regulations to ensure proper medication management
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities, observations, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare standards
- Incontinent care
- Perform light cleaning duties to uphold a safe and hygienic environment in accordance with health protocols
Skills
- Proven experience in home & community care environments
- Knowledge of patient observation techniques and ability to recognize signs of distress or deterioration
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations ensuring confidentiality of patient information
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with teams and families
