Great Schedule! Monday - Friday: 5:30 AM-1:30 PM or 6:00 AM- 2:30 PM
The Line Cook will report to the Chef or General Manager. The Cook will prepare Breakfast & Lunch fresh and in front of the customer in a business dining facility.
1. Reports to work on schedule days at scheduled time.
2. Ability to make short order items Omelets, Sandwiches, etc..
3. Prepare and cook food items according to recipes, daily menus, and supervisor instructions.
4. Clean and inspect kitchen equipment, kitchen appliances, and work areas in order to ensure cleanliness and functional operation.
5. Operates stations, including performing station checklist & temperature log.
6. Ordering of food supplies, based on estimates of future needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.50 per hour
