Grill Cook/Prep Cook

BEBOP Korean Mexican Grill is opening soon in Woodbridge, VA and we are currently hiring full-time Grill Cooks and Prep Cooks to become part of our opening team.

We are building a strong long-term team from the ground up and are looking for dependable employees who want stable full-time work and are looking for a place to grow, stay, and move up with the company.

BEBOP is a modern fast casual Korean-Mexican fusion restaurant serving Korean fried chicken, bowls, burritos, tacos, loaded fries, desserts, crêpes, and more. Our food is prepared fresh daily and all kitchen employees are fully cross-trained.

This is not a temporary position and we are not looking for people who job-hop every few months. We are looking for reliable and hardworking people who take pride in their work, show up on time, work well under pressure, and want to be part of a professional team environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience at a fast casual restaurant is required
• Reliable transportation
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
• Team player mentality
• Willingness to learn every station in the kitchen
• Weekend availability required
• Looking for long-term full-time employment

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Food prep
• Grill station
• Fryer station
• Opening and closing duties
• Kitchen cleaning and organization
• Online order preparation
• Learning all kitchen stations and operations

Training Pay:
$16/hour during training

After Training:
$18/hour after successfully completing training and learning kitchen operations
