The Chemical Regional Leader is responsible for overseeing chemical delivery, application, and service excellence across North America while driving new account acquisition and supporting key customer relationships. This role serves as the primary mentor for the Chemical Team, ensuring they are equipped to deliver safe, consistent, and high quality service. In addition to developing people and growing the business, the Regional Leader provides guidance, direction, and leadership to Field Staff, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational success. The position acts as the field liaison for key accounts, ensuring alignment between customer needs, company standards, and team performance to achieve critical business results. |

Work Environment: Must be open to flexible work schedule, including nights or weekends if necessary. Salary : $90,000 - $105,000
