This position requires a friendly and professional demeanor, as you will be responsible for managing the front desk functions and administrative tasks, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients upon arrival and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Answer and manage phone calls, taking messages as necessary for staff members.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely delivery and distribution.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming at all times.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, coordinating with relevant staff members as needed.
