You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing communication initiatives that promote our mission and values to both internal and external audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to promote organizational goals.
- Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms and the company website.
- Draft and edit press releases, newsletters, and other internal and external communications.
- Coordinate events, campaigns, and promotional activities to enhance community engagement.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage and public relations effectiveness.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in communications or public relations roles, preferably in a nonprofit or similar setting.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.
