Responsibilities
Vehicle Management: Efficiently manage the movement of vehicles on the lot, ensuring smooth traffic flow.
Customer Assistance: Provide courteous and professional assistance to customers, enhancing their service experience.
Service Support: Assist the service department by preparing vehicles for service appointments and ensuring a seamless transition for customers.
Cleanliness Maintenance: Ensure that the vehicle lot and customer waiting areas are clean and organized at all times.
Delivery Coordination: Assist in the coordination of vehicle pick-ups and deliveries, ensuring timely completions.
Vehicle Presentation: Ensure that vehicles are clean and presentable for customers both on the lot and upon service completion.
Requirements
Experience: Previous experience in an automotive service environment is preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Drivers License: Valid drivers license with a clean driving record is required.
Physical Requirements: Ability to perform tasks that require physical strength, such as moving large items and standing for long periods.
