Responsibilities
Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and ensure a positive experience as they bring their vehicles in for service.
Vehicle Inspection: Conduct initial vehicle inspections to determine nature of repair or service request and document them accurately.
Service Recommendations: Provide clear explanations of services required and recommend additional maintenance based on vehicle condition.
Estimate Preparation: Create detailed and accurate service estimates for a variety of automotive maintenance and repair tasks.
Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently manage service appointments to ensure timely completion of work and maintain service flow.
Coordination: Liaise between customers and the service repair team, ensuring clear communication throughout the service process.
Quality Assurance: Conduct post-service follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
Requirements
Experience: Previous experience in a service advisor role or related automotive position is preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Customer Service: Adept at delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships.
Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of vehicle mechanics and automotive terminology.
