Professional and clear speaking voice suitable for high-volume phone work.

Strong command of written and spoken English.

Reliable attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts.

Comfort working with multi-line phone systems and basic office computers.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a customer-facing or reception role is helpful but not mandatory.

Serve as the primary point of contact for everyone who calls Mark Porter Auto Group, ensuring each caller feels welcome.

Direct incoming inquiries to the appropriate department, whether it is service, sales, or parts.

Manage our main switchboard with patience and efficiency, even during busy hours.

Take detailed messages and relay them promptly to team members via email or internal systems.

Assist with light administrative tasks when phone traffic is low to keep our front office running smoothly.

Maintain an organized log of daily calls to help us better understand our customer needs.
