- Lead and support all assigned locations, ensuring consistent application of policies and procedures.
- Oversee leasing activities, including property tours, tenant screening, & lease negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other federal/state housing laws.
- Manage rent collections, financial reporting, and budgeting processes using Appfolio or similar property management software.
- Coordinate property maintenance and facilities management to maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and functionality.
- Handle legal administrative tasks related to lease agreements, contracts, and dispute resolution involving landlord-tenant law.
- Foster positive customer relationships through excellent service delivery, effective conflict management, and proactive communication via phone etiquette.
- Strong legal administrative experience related to leases, contracts, and landlord-tenant law.
- Demonstrated success in property leasing, management, and customer service excellence.
- Skilled in conflict management, negotiation tactics, and contract administration.
- Office experience with data entry, filing systems, and general administrative tasks such as phone etiquette and document management.
- Ability to manage multiple properties effectively while maintaining attention to detail in data entry and filing processes.
- Facilities management expertise including property maintenance oversight and vendor coordination.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
